affiliated corporations and charities, the host
city(ies), county and state, any and all
municipal agencies whose property and/or
personnel are used or in any way assist, all
sponsoring or co-sponsoring companies or
individuals related to Run for African Relief,
together with their officers, directors,
successors and assigns, from responsibility for
any injuries or damages I may suffer in
connection with my participation as a volunteer
in Run for African Relief. I agree to the use of
my name and photograph in broadcasts,
newspapers, brochures and other media without
compensation. As a participating volunteer, I
certify all information provided on this form is
true and complete.
